Caleb immediately embraced the mission and culture. “The work we do has a positive impact in so many ways,” he says.

Caleb helps compile the many financial reports and statements required for public-traded companies. “We’re reducing costs for companies by providing rail heating, pipe freeze protection and HVAC systems for fire.”

Caleb also is proud of the community service projects nVent sponsors.

“We’re all business most of the time, but they set aside days for us to volunteer at organizations like the local food bank,” he says. “And afterward, we spend some quality time together.”
