“Without positive energy and mutual respect, it would be harder to balance priorities.”
Being “a bridge” between project teams is the most rewarding part of Apollo’s job.
As a supervisor at an nVent HOFFMAN SCHROFF facility in China, Apollo works with customers and across internal departments, overseeing projects from development to production.
“I work closely with customers to ascertain their requirements, so we can quote them a cost,” he says. “Once we win the project, I help everyone stay on schedule, tracking all aspects until the end of the project.”
Apollo cites two nVent values as key ingredients to managing so many projects and processes: Positive Energy and Respect and Teamwork.
“Sometimes customers always ask to reduce the lead time of the product,” she said. “Such issues require us to balance priorities. Without positive energy and mutual respect, it would be harder to achieve that balance.”
