“I’m here for the challenge. There’s always something to learn, always something different.”

Alberto says working in manufacturing is the best decision he’s made in his career.

“There are so many things you can do in a company like nVent: design, engineering, manufacturing, quality engineer,” he says. “You can take your career to any level if you take advantage of the opportunities.”

Alberto’s specialty is customer service. He works at nVent’s Reynosa, Mexico, plant which produces and distributes electrical enclosures and thermal management products designed to protect critical systems around the world.

“The most rewarding part of my job is making sure orders go out the door on time, and that my customers are happy,” Alberto explains. “If customers need something afterward, we’re here for them. It’s important that they know we care and that we’re interested in keeping their business.”

Alberto looks forward to taking on new responsibilities at nVent.

“I’ve prepared myself by getting my master’s degree and gaining the necessary certifications to move up. If you have the willpower to grow and evolve, you can definitely do it at nVent.”
